This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Unfortunately, our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.

How much is shipping?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.

We have 2 shipping options:
  • Standard Free Shipping: 3-4 business weeks (3-5 weeks)
    This is your regular free shipping option. Saves you money.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business weeks (2-4 weeks)
    This costs $6.95 and takes half the time. We also offer tracking numbers with this option.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered and shipping option. Our processing time is 3-5 days for each product. After the processing time it depends on the shipping option you choose. The maximum time is 3 -5 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

Can I have a tracking number?

Unfortunately "not all of our global suppliers" provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order. We provide you with a tracking number whenever possible.

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ? 

Since we are not like any of the other companies around, when you order multiple items at a time they will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 

What does Being Processed mean? 

We have received your order and are printing/ quality checking and are preparing your order for shipment.If your order has been processing for more than two days then the product is out of stock and we are awaiting the arrival of more. 

I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email...what's going on?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. 

But wait, my tracking number doesn't work...are you guys a scam.

No we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking site. Thank you for ordering from Wands and Brooms!

What’s your refund/exchange policy? 

If there’s something wrong with your order, return it to us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

If you need an exchange, email us at support@wandsandbrooms.com and we’ll see what we can do. Please double check your size before ordering. Refunds/Exchanges will not be always be processed for wrong sizes unless we make an exception. Customer pays return shipping fees unless we make an exception in that circumstance.

FOR  APPAREL/CLOTHING:-

All of our apparel/clothing are custom, and most are even handmade, it takes 2-3 business weeks (3-4 weeks including holidays and weekends) to be made and delivered. If your order isn't out the door for any reason within 4 weeks. Please contact us.
